Installation Guide

Secure your Surron Light Bee X on a stable stand and disconnect the battery for safety.

Remove the stock motor, controller, and wiring harness from the frame.

Mount the new Z-Motor to the frame using the included hardware, aligning with the axle and chain/sprocket.

Install the 1200A controller to the designated mounting location, connecting the wiring harness to the motor and battery.

Verify all electrical connections and mounting bolts are tight, then reconnect the battery.

Test ride at low speed to confirm smooth operation, then gradually increase speed to test full power performance.
